The Simple Gifts Fund is proud to support our scholars in gaining valuable professional experience through summer internships. These opportunities are designed to help you explore your career interests, develop essential workplace skills, and build a professional network before you graduate.

Please submit your hours worked and upload your signed timesheet at the end of each work week (by Sunday at 11:59 PM).
Important Notes for Scholars:

Weekly Entry: Submit ONE form per week, regardless of how many hours you worked (20, 32, 36, or 40 hours). You will not be paid for more than 40 hours per week during your internship.

Checks: Checks are issued in 40-hour blocks. If your week's total is under 40 hours, your balance will roll over and accumulate toward your next 40-hour payout.

Documentation: Upload your timesheet by Sunday at 11:59 PM and make sure it is signed by your site supervisor before submitting. If your site does not provide one, you must create and maintain your own timesheet log.
