The Simple Gifts Fund Scholarship is awarded annually to Sampson County Schools and Clinton City Schools high school seniors, and current Sampson Community College graduates. This scholarship will be given to graduates who graduate in the top 25% of their class, exemplify academic achievement and excellence, and demonstrate outstanding character and leadership. The scholarship will provide recipients with the opportunity to make visionary life decisions that might not have been otherwise possible. The Simple Gifts Scholarship provides funds to help with unmet need in order to help students earn a four-year college degree from a private liberal arts institution outside the state of North Carolina. The scholarship will be awarded without regard to race, color, creed, religion, sex, or nature of origin.
