All documents must be uploaded as individual PDF files.

Naming Convention: Use the format LastName_FirstName_Year_DocumentTitle.pdf

The "Year" Rule: Use the year you first entered college and received the Simple Gifts Scholarship. Continue using this entry year until you graduate, even if your expected graduation date changes.​

Note: Your Fall 2026 Billing Statement must be uploaded separately via the specific link at the very bottom of this page. You are required to email the Margaret Turlington at coordinator@simplegiftsfund.org the SAME DAY you upload your billing statement!

Simple Gifts Fund Scholars' Certification
​
All new scholars and their parents or guardians are required to review the Scholars’ Certification Form in person during a meeting with Margaret Turlington and Vevlyn Lowe. Students received instruction in an email about how to schedule a meeting. This meeting ensures a clear understanding of program expectations and support. You may download the form here to review it in advance of your meeting.
