All documents must be uploaded as individual PDF files.

Naming Convention: Use the format LastName_FirstName_EntryYear_DocumentTitle.pdf

The "Entry Year" Rule: Use the year you first entered college and received the Simple Gifts Scholarship. Continue using this entry year until you graduate, even if your expected graduation date changes.
Note: Your 2026 Fall Billing Statement must be uploaded separately via the specific link on this page. You are required to email the Margaret Turlington at coordinator@simplegiftsfund.org the SAME DAY you upload your billing statement!

All new scholars and their parents or guardians are required to review the Scholars’ Certification Form in person during a meeting with the Scholarship Coordinators. Students received instruction in an email about how to schedule a meeting. This meeting ensures a clear understanding of program expectations and support.

Write a few sentences about your graduation goals and aspirations, including your GPA goals and academic honors goals (Summa cum laude, Phi Beta Kappa). You may include personal growth goals. Save your response as a PDF and upload it in the link provided below. We can't wait to see what you have planned for the year!
